Ingredients

Banana Bread
- 1.5 c mashed ripe bananas
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1.5 c Flour, all purpose or gluten free
- 0.25 c Coconut sugar, or brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- pinch sea salt
- 0.5 c sugar free chocolate chips

Directions

Preparation
1. First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a bread pan with parchment paper.
Mixing the Ingredients
1. In a bowl, add mashed bananas, egg, melted coconut oil and vanilla. Stir to combine.
2. Then, add in all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
3. Fold in the chocolate chips or chunks, reserving some for the top of the bread.
Baking
1. Transfer batter into the lined bread pan. Top with remaining chocolate.
2. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
Cooling and Serving
1. Finally, remove from oven. Allow bread to fully cool before slicing into.
