- 10 dates
- 0.25 c PB
- 1 tsp vanilla
- sprinkle Salt
- Pistachios, crushed and mixed in
- 0.25 c Chocolate chips
- 2 tsp Coconut oil

Instructions for crust
1. Mix together crust ingredients and form into a ball.
2. Press into an even layer in a parchment-lined dish.
3. Let sit in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Instructions for caramel layer
1. Blend caramel ingredients until smooth.
2. Add on top of crust and put back in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Instructions for topping and storage
1. Top with melted chocolate, crushed pistachios, and salt.
2. Put back in the freezer for 5 minutes.
3. Cut into bars and enjoy.
4. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
