- 1 tbsp Mint leaves
- 3 slices feta
- 2 tbsp pickled red onion
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Oregano
- 0.5 tbsp Olive oil

Toasting the bread
1. Toast the sourdough bread in a toaster or in a pan with a splash of olive oil.
Preparing the sandwich
1. Begin by spreading olive paste onto the first slice.
2. Layer with tomato slices, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
