- 1.5 cups Almond flour
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 1 T Vanilla extract
- 12 dates
- 0.333 cup Almond butter, or peanut butter
- 0.333 cup Pistachios, or nuts of choice
- dash Cinnamon
- 0.333 cup Chocolate chips, melted with 1T coconut oil
- sprinkle sea salt

Preparation of the mixture
1. Blend almond flour, protein powder, vanilla, soaked dates (with their water), almond or peanut butter, pistachios, and cinnamon in a food processor.
2. Press the mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper. An 8 x 8 pan would be better than this loaf pan.
Making the topping and setting
1. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Drizzle over the top.
2. Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
Final step
1. Cut into bars or cubes and enjoy!
