Tortillas
- 2 gluten-free tortillas
Eggs
- 2 Eggs
Turkey Bacon
- 3 slices of turkey bacon
Avocado Mash
- 0.5 Avocado, mashed
- 0.5 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Toppings
- 0.25 Avocado
- Arugula, or spinach
- sauce

Directions

Preparation of Tortillas
1. Add the two tortillas to a baking sheet.
2. Crack an egg on top of each tortilla.
3. Top with diced bacon.
4. Top with everything bagel seasoning.
Baking Instructions
1. Add to an oven and bake on 350 for 5 to 10 minutes. Eggs should be cooked, maybe a little runny, but tortillas should be crispy around the edges.
Final Touches
1. Remove from oven. Top with mashed avocado, diced arugula or spinach and chipotle sauce.
