- 1 pcs Red onion, diced
- 1 pcs Paprika, diced
- 100 g sausage, diced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 pcs Eggs
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 sourdough baguette
- 150 g ham
- 1 pcs Tomato, sliced
- 100 g Cheese, sliced

Directions

Prepare the Sausage, Onion, and Paprika
1. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the diced red onion, diced paprika, and diced sausage to the pan.
3. Roast the ingredients until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Set aside.
Scramble the Eggs
1. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl.
2. Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Whisk the eggs until well combined.
4. Pour the scrambled eggs into the same pan with the sausage, onion, and paprika.
5. Cook the eggs, stirring occasionally, until they are fully cooked but still moist.
Prepare the Baguette
1. Cut the sourdough baguette in half lengthwise.
2. Place 150 g of ham evenly on one side of the baguette.
3. Add sliced tomatoes on top of the ham.
4. Place 100 g of sliced cheese on the other side of the baguette.
Combine Ingredients
1. Once the scrambled eggs are cooked, carefully spoon them onto the baguette, distributing evenly over the ham, tomatoes, and cheese.
Assemble the Breakfast Baguette
1. Close the baguette by pressing the two halves together, creating a sandwich.
2. Optionally, you can toast the assembled baguette in an oven or on a grill for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is slightly crispy.
Serve and Enjoy
1. Slice the baguette into individual servings.
