For the chicken thighs
- 6 Boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
- 1 Tbs Lemon juice
- 8 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs Kosher salt
- 1 Tbs White pepper
- 2 Tbs Garlic powder
- 2 Tbs Onion powder
- 2 Tbs Chili powder
- 1 Tbs garam masala
- 1 Tbs Turmeric
- 1 Tbs Cumin
- 1 tsp red chili flake
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 2 Tbs Fresh ginger, grated
- 1 cup unflavored yogurt
- 2 Tbs Vegetable oil
For the butter sauce
- 2 Tbs Olive oil
- 0.5 stick Unsalted butter
- 1 diced bell pepper
- 1 cup Roma tomatoes
- 2 Tbs Garlic
- 1 Tbs Ginger
- 1 cup White onion
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 0.5 cup Heavy cream

1. In a large bowl, add the chicken thighs, seasonings, lemon juice, minced garlic, ginger, and yogurt to a bowl.
2. Allow this to marinate for at least 30 minutes to overnight for best results.
3. Add vegetable oil to a hot pan and cook the chicken about 80% of the way.
4. In another pot, add butter and olive oil.
5. Add the bell pepper, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, onion, and bouillon cubes and mix until well combined.
6. Use an immersion blender or regular blender to mix all of the ingredients into a sauce.
7. Add heavy cream and stir until well combined.
8. Add the chicken to the mixture and mix until well incorporated.
9. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until the chicken is soft and tender.
10. Serve with jasmine rice and enjoy!
