- Fresh basil
- 2 clove Garlic, crushed
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes
- Salt & Pepper
- 16 oz Gnocchi
- 0.5 Cup Vegan (or regular) Mozzarella

1. Cook basil & garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
2. Add tomatoes & crush with a masher or wooden spoon.
3. Cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
4. Turn off heat & remove basil stalk & garlic cloves.
5. Add salt and pepper.
6. Gently stir in cooked gnocchi [recipe for my gluten free + egg free gnocchi are on my page]
7. Add mozzarella & fresh basil and bake for 15 minutes.
8. Add fresh basil & enjoy!
