Directions

1. Crush Corn Flakes into crumbs. You can add Corn Flakes into a food processor or add them into a plastic zip bag and crush by hand.
2. Add crushed Corn Flakes into a large bowl, then stir in Brown Sugar and Cinnamon. Set aside.
3. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Once butter is melted, add in the Corn Flake mixture and cook the mixture for about 3-5 minutes. Stir frequently until it becomes a slightly darker brown color and toasted. Once toasted, remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide the ice cream into 6-8 ice cream balls, about a ½ cup each. Shape the ice cream into a ball shape and place them on the baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes-1 hour.
5. Remove the ice cream from the freezer. Place the ice cream balls in the Corn Flake mixture and gently press the cereal mixture all around the ice cream balls to coat. Place the ice cream back on the baking sheet and return to the freezer for another 30-45 minutes before serving.
