- 6 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
The Rest
- 8 oz dried lomein noodles
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail off
- 8 c coleslaw mix
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 2 inch Ginger, diced
- 6 clove Garlic, diced

Prepare the Sauce
1. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix very well, but set to the side.
Cook the Noodles
1. Cook noodles according to the instructions on the package.
Cook the Shrimp
1. In a large skillet or wok, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
2. Cook your shrimp over high heat for 2 minutes before removing from the heat.
Sauté the Vegetables
1. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
2. Sauté your peppers and coleslaw mix until it’s nice and wilted (3-5 minutes).
Add Garlic and Ginger
1. Add your garlic and ginger to the wilted vegetable mixture and continue to sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Combine Ingredients
1. Add in your shrimp and the sauce we made earlier.
2. Mix and let cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add Noodles and Serve
1. Lastly, add your lo mein noodles in and let cook for 2-4 minutes.
2. Serve and enjoy.
