- 1 cup full fat unsweetened coconut milk
- 1.5 cups whole milk, (or your choice of milk)
- 0.333 cup Sugar
- 1 packet Knox unflavored powdered gelatin
- 0.333 cup cold or room temp water

Prepare the Gelatin
1. To a bowl filled with 1/3 of water, scatter 1 packet of unflavored powdered gelatin.
2. Let it sit and bloom.
Prepare the Milk Mixture
1. In the meantime, mix together coconut milk, whole milk, and sugar in a pot.
2. Bring it to a boil. (Keep an eye on it as it can boil over very quickly!)
Combine the Gelatin and Milk Mixture
1. Once it starts boiling, turn off the heat and add in the bloomed gelatin (it should be translucent).
2. Mix until fully dissolved.
Final Steps
1. Pour the liquid into glass jars or Tupperware.
2. Let cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours before enjoying.
