- 1 pint Strawberries, washed and dried
- 0.5 c heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 0.25 c Sour cream
- 0.333 c Sugar
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
- 0.25 c graham crackers, crushed or crushed up frosted flakes

Preparing the strawberries
1. Start by washing and drying strawberries.
Preparing the whipped cream
1. To a medium bowl, add in your heavy whipping cream.
2. Mix with a hand mixer for 3-5 minutes until stiff peaks start to form.
Preparing the cream cheese mixture
1. In another bowl, add in softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
2. Mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
Combining the mixtures
1. Next, combine heavy whipping cream with cream cheese mixture and mix until combined.
Preparing the strawberries for filling
1. For your strawberries, cut in half.
2. If needed, scoop out a little bit of the center so cream mixture can sit inside of a hole and not slip off.
3. Also, you can cut the back of the strawberries so it sits flatly on surface.
Filling the strawberries
1. With a piping bag or sandwich baggie, create a piping bag.
2. Add your cream cheese mixture to it.
3. Pipe on to each strawberry.
4. Finish it off with crushed graham crackers or frosted flakes.
5. Enjoy!
