- 1 lb Ground beef
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 Green bell pepper
- 1 Yellow onion, medium
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 0.5 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Bay leaf, optional
- 14 oz chili beans in chili sauce
- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 8 oz Tomato sauce

Preparing the Meat
1. Add ground beef to a pot and break up the meat.
2. Add salt and pepper.
3. Continue to cook and drain grease.
4. Add diced onions, diced peppers & garlic continue to cook for about 4 minutes. (meat doesn’t need to be cooked all the way through)
5. Add meat mixture into crock pot.
Adding the Ingredients
1. Add in all seasonings and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Then add in chili beans, diced tomatoes, & tomato sauce.
3. Mix until everything is well combined.
Cooking Time
1. Cook on high for 4 hours.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
1. Once done, serve with white rice and top with cheese or sour cream and green onions.
