- 1 Broccoli, chopped into florets
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 c Cheese, grated, plant-based from violife
- 0.25 tsp Salt, or to taste
- 0.25 tsp Pepper, or to taste
- 0.25 tsp Chili flakes, optional

Preparing the Broccoli
1. Steam the broccoli florets for about 3 minutes, they should soften, but still have a bite to them.
2. Slice them and let them dry completely.
Preparing the Baking Tray
1. Drizzle a lined baking tray with olive oil and sprinkle with your choice of cheese.
2. You can also use a stainless steel baking tray without the parchment paper to make them extra crispy.
3. Distribute the broccoli florets evenly and smash them with a jar or cup.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and optionally chili flakes.
Baking the Broccoli
1. Bake in the preheated oven at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes until crispy.
Serving the Broccoli
1. Let cool for a bit and carefully peel the baking paper off.
2. Break into pieces and enjoy immediately.
