- 1.5 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 Tbs Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbs Rice vinegar
- 2 Tbs Gochujang Paste
- 3 Tbs Light brown sugar
- 1 tsp Ginger powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 Tbs Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tbs Cooking oil
- Sesame seeds
- Green onion

1. Clean & pat dry chicken thighs
2. For marinade, In a mixing bowl, combine and mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, Gochujang paste, brown sugar, ginger powder, black pepper and minced garlic.
3. Fully coat chicken thighs in marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
4. Heat a skillet up to medium heat and add in about a tablespoon of cooking oil. Cook chicken thighs for about 3-5 minutes each side or until done.
