1. Heat a non-stick pan or skillet on medium heat.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of chili crisp (with its oil) to the pan and even it out.
3. As soon as the chili crisp is added, crack 2 eggs over it immediately to prevent the chili crisp from being overcooked or burnt.
4. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper (if desired) over the eggs and add some more chili crisp on top for enhanced flavors.
5. Fry the eggs to your liking. Cover the pan with a lid to let the egg cook faster.
6. Serve the eggs with some avocado on toast for a delicious and healthy breakfast.
