- 110 g Chicken breast
- 150 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp spices
- 1 Souvlaki bread
- 0.5 Tomato, sliced
- 0.25 Red onion, sliced
- 0.5 Cucumber
- 2 lemon wedge
- 1 clove Garlic
- 0.25 c Parsley, roughly chopped

Method for Chicken Preparation
1. Slice the chicken breast into 4-5 pieces and marinate with half the yogurt and the spices listed.
2. Cook chicken in a pan on high heat for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.
3. Remove from the heat and cover with foil.
Method for Tzatziki Preparation
1. Make your tzatziki with the remaining yogurt, 1/4 grated cucumber, finely chopped garlic, a sprinkle of parsley and 1 lemon wedge.
Method for Souvlaki Bread Preparation
1. Heat your souvlaki bread in a pan on high heat until lightly brown on each side (approximately 1 minute on each side).
Method for Gyros Assembly
1. Roughly chop the chicken pieces before serving.
2. Assemble your gyros with the homemade tzatziki, red onion, tomato, cucumber slices, chicken, parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
3. Fold and enjoy.
