Ingredients

Pizza Dough
- 1.333 c Almond flour, organic
- 1 c arrowroot starch
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.75 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp nut/seed butter
- 7 tbsp water, add more as needed
Toppings
- 1 c Tomato sauce, oil-free, refined-sugar-free
- 0.25 Red onion
- 0.5 Red pepper
- 0.25 c Mushrooms
- 0.25 c olives
- 1 c vegan cheese

Directions

Prepare the Veggies
1. Add a 1-2 tbsp of water to your skillet and add your veggies.
2. Sautee on medium heat until soft.
Prepare the Crust
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
4. Press or roll out until less than ¼ inch thick.
5. Thinner is better with this crust.
6. Par-bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
Put it Together
1. Top the pizza crust with the oil-free, sugar-free tomato sauce of your choice.
2. Top with sauteed onions, peppers, mushrooms, olives, and vegan cheese.
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
4. Do not overbake.
