- 2 Chicken breast, split in half
- 2 tbsp Cajun taco fest
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Cali Love
- Kosher salt
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 White onion, sliced
- 0.5 c Chicken Broth
- 1 Avocado, for garnish
- 8 Cherry tomatoes, for garnish
- 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c Rice, cooked
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 bunch cilantro
- spicy ranch dressing

Steps for preparing the chicken
1. Season your chicken on both sides. Make sure they're fully coated. Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil.
2. In a skillet set to medium high heat, add butter and sear the chicken on both sides until fully cooked.
3. Slice your chicken once it has rested. Set aside.
Steps for preparing the sauce
1. Add your sliced peppers and onions to a hot skillet set to medium heat.
2. Toss until tender and add in your seasonings. Add in your chicken broth.
3. Once the sauce starts to get a little thick add your chicken.
4. Once your sauce is to your preferred thickness, remove it from the heat.
Steps for preparing the lime cilantro rice
1. For the lime cilantro rice, add your lime juice to cooked rice as well as cilantro and salt and mix.
Steps for building the rice bowl
1. Build your rice bowl with rice! Fajitas tomatoes, avocado and lime juice with the spicy ranch dressing.
