- 1 cup Soda water
- 0.5 cup Tequila, of choice
- 0.25 cup limeade, or fresh lime juice
- 0.25 cup Fresh mint
- 0.25 cup Cucumber, sliced

1. In a pitcher, mix together soda water, lime juice and tequila. Stir together.
2. Add 1-2 slices of cucumber and a few mint leaves to each popsicle mold and add in the liquid mixture. Make sure you fill the popsicle molds to the top.
3. Place the lids on the popsicle molds and clean up around the edges with a paper towel (it can get a bit sticky). Place on a flat surface in your freezer for at least 4-6 hours.
4. Remove popsicles from the mold and add to a glass with soda water + a shot of tequila.
5. Serve and enjoy!
