Black Lentil Hummus
- 2 c black lentils
- 3 tbsp black tahini
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 clove Garlic, chopped (optional)
- 0.25 tsp Salt, or to taste
- ice-water
Garnish (optional)
- 3 Radishes, halved
- 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 0.5 c cauliflower florets
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Fresh dill
- Extra virgin olive oil, drizzled

To make the dip
1. Boil 2 cups of black lentils until they are soft.
2. In a food processor, combine the lentils with 3 tablespoons of black tahini, 1 teaspoon of cumin, the juice of 1 lemon, and salt to taste.
3. You can also add a chopped clove of garlic if you prefer.
4. Begin to process the ingredients and add ice water little by little until you reach your desired consistency.
5. The amount of water you add will depend on the thickness of your tahini.
For the garnish
1. You can use radishes, pomegranate seeds, cauliflower florets, seed mix, dill, and olive oil.
