Buffalo Sauce
- 0.5 c Frank's RedHot Sauce
- 1 margarine
- 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 0.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 0.25 tsp Ground black pepper
- 0.25 tsp celery seed
- 0.125 tsp Garlic powder
Chicken Wing Seasoning
- 3 lbs Party Wings
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Season All
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- Canola oil, for Frying
Chef Boyd’s Blue Cheese Dip
- 5 oz Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 0.25 c Mayonnaise
- 0.333 c Sour cream
- 5 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 0.25 c Scallions, minced

Buffalo Sauce Instructions
1. Pour 1/2 cup of Frank's RedHot Sauce into a skillet or saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add a stick of margarine to the skillet and allow it to melt into the hot sauce, stirring occasionally.
3. Once the margarine is fully melted, add 1 tbsp of distilled white vinegar to the skillet.
4. Add 1 tsp of Tabasco sauce to the mixture.
5. Incorporate 1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce, stirring well to combine.
6. Sprinkle in 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper.
7. Add 1/4 tsp of celery seed to the skillet.
8. Finally, sprinkle in 1/8 tsp of garlic powder.
9. Stir all the ingredients together thoroughly.
10. Allow the Buffalo Wing Sauce to simmer on low heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
11. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings if necessary.
12. Once the Buffalo Wing Sauce reaches your desired flavor and consistency, remove it from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes before using.
13. Toss your cooked chicken wings or other preferred protein in the sauce until evenly coated.
Instructions for Frying Chicken Wings
1. In a large bowl add your cut chicken wings, then add in the chicken wing ingredients and mix until chicken is coated.
2. Fry wings at 365 degrees for roughly 10-12 minutes until they are floating and crispy brown (or 165 degrees internal).
3. Drain chicken on a wire cooling rack then transfer the wings into a large mixing bowl.
4. Pour the sauce over the wings and toss until all the wings are coated. Enjoy!
5. Pro Tip: Do not overcrowd the pan or fryer. Cook the chicken wings in batches.

1. Mix all ingredients together gently to maintain a thick consistency.
