- 1 c Flour
- 0.5 c Coconut flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.5 c Sugar
- 0.333 c Coconut milk
- 0.333 c Avocado oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs
- 6 oz plain Greek yogurt
- 6 fresh figs
- 1 tsp Powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp Shredded coconut
- 6 fresh figs

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degree F.
2. Line and spray nonstick spray the sides of an 8” cake pan.
3. Chop up the figs. Set it aside.
Mixing Dry Ingredients
1. In a medium bowl, add dry ingredients (flours, baking powder and salt).
Mixing Wet Ingredients
1. In another bowl, mix together the sugar and oil. Whisk it well.
2. Then add eggs, yogurt and milk and mix until completely mixed.
Combining Ingredients
1. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Make sure to not over mix.
2. Add the chopped figs and gently mix it into the batter.
3. Now pour the batter into the cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
1. Bake for about 45-50 minutes, until lightly golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
2. Let it cool for 10 minutes then remove from the pan and place on a wire rack to continue to cool.
1. Add sliced figs, almonds, coconut flakes for texture and powdered sugar.
2. Enjoy!
