Almond Milk
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 10 cups filtered water

Soaking the Almonds
1. In a large bowl, soak almonds in filtered water.
2. Rest refrigerated overnight.
Blending and Straining
1. The following day, take the almonds with the water and place them inside a blender and blend at low speed for 1 minute.
2. Then increase the speed and blend for 2 more minutes until frothy.
3. Strain using a fine-mesh strainer (or cheesecloth) onto a clean bowl.
4. Discard the pulp (or save for another recipe).
Storing the Almond Milk
1. Place the almond milk inside a clean, preferably sterile, container.
2. Refrigerate and consume within 3-5 days.
3. Enjoy!
