- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp Honey, or Brown Sugar
- 4 Green onions, chopped
- 3 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 8 oz Knife-Cut Noodles
- 0.25 c Parmesan, grated
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp spicy chili oil, (Optional)

Boiling the noodles
1. Boil noodles according to package directions.
2. Drain the water and add back into the pot.
Preparing the sauce
1. In a saucepan over medium high heat, add the minced garlic, butter, olive oil, soy sauce, and honey. Bring to a boil.
2. Stir in the chopped green onions, grated parmesan, and red pepper flakes. (Optional: Add a little chili crunch for extra heat and flavor.)
Combining and serving
1. Add the hot sauce mixture into the cooked (and drained) noodles. Stir to combine. Season with salt & black pepper to taste.
2. Serve with more chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and grated parmesan. Enjoy! 🍜
