- 45 g glutinous rice flour
- 10 g Corn starch
- 50 g Sugar
- 2 g matcha powder
- 10 g Hot water
- 80 g Milk
- 10 g Butter

Preparing the Matcha Mixture
1. In a bowl, add matcha powder and hot water; whisk until no lumps.
2. Add milk and mix until combined.
Preparing the Dough
1. In a bowl, add glutinous rice flour, corn starch, sugar and the matcha milk.
2. Mix until combined; filter and transfer into a pan.
3. Add butter; mix and cook on low heat until soft dough is formed.
4. Knead for 3-5 minutes until stretchy. (It'll be hot, so let it cool a bit and knead by stretching it) (Use hand gloves to ease the kneading process).
Final Steps
1. Divide the mochi and coat with corn flour to prevent sticking.
2. Pair with cream and cookie crumbs.
3. Enjoy!
