- 2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in water for 20 minutes and drained
- 1 cup Sunflower seeds
- 0.5 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 Tbs White wine
- pinch salt and fresh black pepper
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Ground cilantro
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Hot paprika
- 0.25 cup ground flax
- 3 Tbs White rice, cooked

1. In a food processor, mix in the tomatoes, seeds, garlic, white wine, salt, spices, flax and rice. Blend until you get a homogenous and sticky dough, with some lumps.
2. Transfer the dough to a bowl and add more water if needed to get a sticky but maleable texture. Place the dough on plastic wrap and roll into a chorizo chape. Tighten the edges and tie them up. Refrigerate for a couple of hours so it firms up. You can slice it and serve, or remove the plastic wrap and heat in slices.
3. Share and enjoy.
