- 1 banana, mashed
- 0.25 c applesauce
- 0.5 c gluten-free rolled oats
- 0.667 c oat milk
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter powder
- 0.5 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp Chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp dried strawberries

Directions

Preparing the Oatmeal
1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the mashed banana, applesauce, oats, oat milk, protein powder, peanut butter powder.
2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
3. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the oatmeal is thickened and the oats are cooked through.
Finalizing and Serving
1. Remove the oatmeal from the heat, add to a bowl and top with the banana, chocolate chips, and dried strawberries.
