Ingredients

Chicken Cutlet
- 0.25 c Egg whites
- 1 Chicken breast
- 0.25 c gluten free seasoned breadcrumbs
Sandwich
- 1 gluten free bagel
- 1 gluten free chicken cutlet
- 0.5 Avocado, mashed
- 1 handful Arugula
- 1 tbsp chipotle sauce
- 1 tbsp avocado ranch

Directions

Preparing the Chicken
1. Add egg whites to a bowl and set aside.
2. Add gluten free breadcrumbs and seasoning to a second bowl. Set aside.
3. Option to pound chicken.
4. Dip chicken into egg whites, then into breadcrumb mix, and set into air fry basket.
5. Air fry on 390 for approximately 15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and breading is crispy.
Assembling the Sandwich
1. Toast the bagel.
2. Top the bagel with avocado, chicken cutlet, greens and dressing.
