- 3 Garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 large Green zucchini
- 1 large Yellow zucchini
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsps Olive oil
- 4 fillets Anchovies
- 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 8 oz Spaghetti, or Spaghettini
- 0.5 c Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 0.25 c Basil, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice

1. Follow the instructions on the package to boil the pasta.
2. As the spaghetti boils, in a large pan melt butter with olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the garlic and cookfor approximately 30 seconds, or until it becomes fragrant.
4. Add anchovies and redeand cook until it dissolves in the butter mixture.
5. Add the sliced zucchinis and cook for a 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are well coated.
6. Off the heat, stir in the cooked spaghettini, Parmesan cheese, basil, red pepper flakes and lemon juice.
7. Taste and season with more salt if needed.
8. Top with Parmesan and some zucchinis.
9. Enjoy
