Udon Noodles
- 2 packets udon noodles
- 2.5 cups stir fry vegetables
- 2 Green onion, 2” long
- 0.5 lb ground pork, beef or chicken
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 0.5 tsp Rice wine vinegar
- Sesame seeds, as garnish

For the sauce
1. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
For the udon noodles
1. Boil the frozen udon noodles for around 2 minutes.
2. Rinse and drain your noodles under cold water.
3. Drizzle on a little bit of oil to keep them from sticking.
For the stir fry
1. Heat your pan over medium-high heat and add the oil.
2. Add in the ground meat and stir fry until almost cooked.
3. Add the vegetables and stir fry until meat is fully cooked and vegetables are soft.
4. Next add in the noodles, sauce, and scallions.
5. Continue stir frying for about 4 minutes, mix well.
