- 1 Tbs Olive oil
- 4 clove Garlic, chopped
- 4 Sun-dried tomatoes, hydrated in warm water for 15 mins.
- 2 Piquillo peppers
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 Tbs Fresh oregano
- 2 can canned tuna
- 1 pack whole grain short pasta (rotini, penne, macaroni )
- pinch salt and fresh black pepper
- 2 Tbs Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbs Parsley, washed, disinfected and chopped

1. In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the garlic. Cook until it starts to turn golden.
2. Transfer to the blender and add the tomatoes, peppers and tomato sauce. Blend until perfectly incorporated.
3. Heat the sauce in the same pan as before, stir in the oregano, tuna, and cooked pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with parmesan and chopped parsley. Share and enjoy.
