- 0.25 c half and half

Preparation of White Chocolate Sauce
1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, and half and half.
2. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat.
3. Add white chocolate chips (not melts; double check the bag!) and stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
4. Let it cool before transferring to a jar or container.
5. Keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.
6. Enjoy with coffee & desserts.
