- 1 box steamed rice sheets
- 1 bag beansprouts
- 0.5 Cucumber
- 4 stems Thai basil
- fried shallots
- sweet fish sauce dressing

Preparation of Rice Sheets and Ingredients
1. Microwave the rice sheets for 3 minutes or until softened.
2. Gently peel each layer and tear into 3 inch pieces. Set aside.
3. Bring a medium pot of water to boil and blanch your beansprouts for 3 minutes.
4. Drain and set aside.
5. Julienne your cucumber and Vietnamese pork ham (Cha). Set aside.
6. Wash and clean your Thai basil (leaves only).
7. Lightly chop for garnish.
Preparation of Vietnamese Sweet Fish Sauce Dip
1. Prep your Vietnamese sweet fish sauce dip. I will share this recipe in a separate post.
Assembling the Bowl
1. Assemble your bowl by adding your steamed rice sheets, layer on the beansprouts, ham, and cucumber.
2. Garnish with fried shallots and chopped basil leaves.
3. Add the fish sauce dressing.
4. Enjoy!
