Pork Chops
- 1.5 lb pork chops
- 3 Green onions, just white part, cut into 2” pieces, smashed
- 1 small shallot
- 0.5 Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Lemongrass, minced
- 1 tbsp chicken powder
- 0.5 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp Black pepper
- 1.5 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2.5 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp condensed milk

Marinating the Pork Chops
1. Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and allow pork chops to marinate overnight in the fridge.
Air Frying the Pork Chops
1. Place the pork chops into your air fryer and cook at 400 F for 5 minutes.
2. Flip the pork and cook for another 5 minutes (depends on thickness of the pork chops).
Serving Suggestions
1. Serve this with a side of rice, lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, Vietnamese pickled vegetables, and Vietnamese Sweet Fish Sauce (Nuoc Mam Cham).
