Ingredients

Banh Mi Sandwich
- 1 Baguette, toasted
- 0.125 loaf Vietnamese Steamed Pork Loaf/Ham
- 2 stem Cilantro
- 0.5 tsp maggi seasoning sauce
- Black pepper, crushed
- 1 tbsp pate spread
- 0.5 jalapeno
- 2 slices Cucumber
- Pickled Carrots and Daikon

Directions

1. Toast your baguette until warmed and soft on the inside. Cut the baguette in half to open the middle for toppinngs.
2. Spread the pate inside the bread. Add Maggi seasoning sauce and crushed black pepper.
3. Layer in the steamed pork ham evenly to cover the entire toast.
4. Add the sliced jalapeno and cucumbers. Add the pickled carrots and daikon. Then cilantro stems.
5. Close the baguette and enjoy!
