Wet Ingredients
- 0.75 c nut butter
- 0.75 c date paste
- 0.333 c sweet potato puree
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 flax egg
Dry Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Coconut flour
- 0.75 c Almond flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 c fresh blueberries

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
3. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients. Mix well.
4. Combine wet ingredients and add them to the dry ingredients.
5. Mix until just combined.
6. Fold in blueberries.
7. Add batter to the pan.
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Blondies are done when the edges are lightly golden and the center is set to the touch.
9. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before cutting.
