Ingredients

Cookie Dough
- 2 sticks salted butter
- 0.75 c Granulated sugar
- 0.75 c Brown sugar, packed
- 6 tbsp JustEgg
- 2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 2 c gluten free flour
- 2 tbsp gluten free flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 0.5 c white chocolate chips
- 1 bag Hershey's Pink Cookies 'n' Creme Hearts Valentine's Day Candy
- 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 0.25 cup Nutella
- 0.5 tbsp Avocado oil, spray

Directions

Preparing the Cookie Dough
1. Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, mix butter and sugars on medium high until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
2. Scrape the sides of the bowl, add egg replacement, and vanilla.
3. Mix on medium until mixed well.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together gluten free flour, baking soda, and cornstarch.
5. Add gluten free flour mixture slowly to stand mixer and mix until combined well.
6. Add 3/4 chocolate chips and white chocolate chips and mix until combined.
7. Separate cookie dough into two balls.
Preparing the Cast Iron Skillet
1. Lightly spray cast iron skillet with avocado oil and wipe around with a paper towel.
2. Press one cookie dough ball into cast iron skillet and shape into a heart.
3. Spread Nutella in a layer and top with second cookie dough ball.
4. Press 1/4 cup chocolate chips and Hershey's Heart into top of cookie.
5. Place aluminum foil around the heart cookie and cover.
6. Place in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
Baking the Cookie
1. When you are ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Once oven is ready, take cast iron skillet out of the refrigerator, remove cover, and bake for 20 - 30 minutes.
3. The skillet continues to bake cookie so do not over bake.
4. Sprinkle on powdered sugar.
