- 2 5 oz. can no salt tuna
- 2 4.4 oz. can no salt sardines
- 6 Tbs Avocado oil mayonnaise, plus more if necessary
- 2 Tbs Mustard, Dijon or grainy
- 1 Tbs Red wine vinegar, or lemon juice
- 1 Tbs chives,fresh and thinly sliced or dried (optional)
- 0.75 tsp fine sea salt, plus more if necessary
- 0.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions

1. Drain the tuna and sardines. Add them to a medium bowl and use a fork to break them down into small pieces.
2. Mix the tuna and sardines with the mayonnaise, mustard, red wine vinegar or lemon juice, chives (if using), salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
