Macaroni and Cheese
- 1 lb macaroni noodles
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
- mild cheddar
- Sharp cheddar
- white cheddar
- Cream cheese
- Heavy cream
- evaporated milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp ground mustard
- 2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tsp Kosher salt
- 0.25 tsp Nutmeg

Directions

Cooking the macaroni noodles
1. Cook your macaroni noodles in salted water until al dente. Make sure not to overcook them so they don't become mushy.
2. Drain your pasta noodles, add a little butter to them and set aside.
Preheating the oven and preparing the casserole dish
1. Preheat your oven to 350° F.
2. Butter your casserole dish.
Adding cheese and cream cheese to the casserole dish
1. To your casserole dish, add a layer of cheese and cream cheese.
2. Mix your noodles in with your cheeses. Add about 3/4 of the cheese to your noodles.
Mixing cream, evaporated milk, eggs and seasonings
1. In a separate bowl, mix together cream, evaporated milk, eggs and seasonings.
Adding milk and egg mixture to the noodles and cheeses
1. To your mixed noodles and cheeses, add your milk and egg mixture.
2. Mix noodles, eggs and cheese until everything is incorporated.
Topping the macaroni and cheese with more cheese and baking
1. Top your macaroni and cheese with more cheese.
2. Cover with foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly. For the last 5 minutes, broil the top until golden brown.
Cooling and serving the macaroni
1. Let your macaroni cool before cutting and serving.
2. Enjoy!
