- 0.667 c Granulated sugar
- 0.5 c Butter, softened
- 2 Eggs, beaten and fluffy
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
- 0.333 c Milk, of choice
- 0.333 c Butter, melted
- 1 c Brown sugar, packed
- 0.5 c gluten free flour
- 1 c pecans, chopped

Preparation of Sweet Potato Mixture
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a stand mixer use your paddle attachment to beat eggs.
3. Add drained sweet potatoes and beat until fluffy.
4. Add sugar, butter, vanilla and milk and mix until smooth and creamy.
5. Pour sweet potato mixture into 9x13 inch greased pan.
Preparation of Pecan Streusel Topping
1. Combine streusel ingredients together in a small bowl.
2. Pour over sweet potatoes.
3. Pour 1/4 cup sweet potato syrup on top of streusel.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Final Steps
1. Pour a bag of mini marshmallows on top.
2. Put back in oven until tops of marshmallows are browned.
