Directions

Preparing the Cherry Jam
1. Bring thawed cherries and the juice to a simmer.
2. Allow to cook until cherries break down (you can help this process by smashing with a fork).
3. Remove from heat and add date sugar, lemon juice, and Chia seeds.
4. Mix well.
5. Jam will thicken as it cools completely.
