- 2 Puff pastry
- 1.5 c Biscoff spread
- 0.5 c Hazelnuts, crushed (reserve 2 tbsps)
- 1 c Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Milk, melted
- 0.333 Biscoff spread

1. Pre-heat oven to 180c
2. Roll the puff pastry out flat.
3. Spread evenly with Biscoff across the puff pastry. (TIP: Warm the spread slightly to make it easier to work with.)
4. Sprinkle crushed hazelnuts across the puff pastry.
5. Top with second puff pastry and press down.
6. Using a pizza cutter, slice into equal long slices.
7. Twist and roll each pieces into a circle and place on a parchement paper.
8. In a small bowl, combine one egg with milk.
9. Using a pastry brush, brush mixture over the swirls.
10. Sprinkle with the reserved hazelnuts
11. Bake until golden brown.
12. After the swirls cool, use a spoon to gently drizzle the melted Biscoff spread over the swirls.
13. Enjoy!
