Ingredients

- 9 Strawberries, organic, sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbs Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp confectioners' sugar
- 2 slice Japanese Milk Bread

Directions

1. In a large hand mixer or stand mixer, add the heavy whipping cream and sugars to your bowl.
2. Mix on medium speed for about four minutes until it forms stiff peaks.
3. Spread the whipped cream onto your bread and top with strawberries.
4. Add more whipped cream to the top of the strawberries.
5. Close the sandwich and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
6. Set in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight.
7. Remove, slice, and enjoy!
