Quiche Ingredients
- 1 Pillsbury All Vegetable Deep Dish crust
- 1 c Heavy cream
- 10 organic eggs
- 4 c Baby spinach
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 c Gruyère cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Mushrooms, of your choice for the top

Preparing the Mushroom and Egg Mixture
1. Slightly cook the mushroom on a hot pan.
2. Add it to the egg mixture that has cheese, salt, and pepper.
Preparing the Pastry Sheet
1. Gently add the mixture to the pastry sheet that's already been placed on the baking pan.
Baking the Quiche
1. Bake it at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in the middle oven rack.
Additional Tips
1. I suggest not baking your crust. I dislike how it shrinks in that first bake and honestly, it's totally unnecessary as far as quiche recipes are concerned.
2. I freeze the crust for 30-40 minutes before baking and it holds up beautifully.
