- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 2 c fresh spinach
- 12 oz marinated artichokes
- 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 0.25 c Mayonnaise
- 0.25 c Sour cream
- 0.5 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 0.5 c Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp Pepper
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Smoked paprika

Preparing the Chicken
1. Remove the skin from the rotisserie chicken and shred the meat or cut it into bite-sized pieces.
2. You should have about 3 cups of chicken.
3. Place in a large bowl.
Preparing the Salad Mix
1. To the same bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and smoked paprika.
2. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Adding Spinach and Artichokes
1. Add the chopped fresh spinach and the marinated artichokes.
2. Mix again until everything is evenly coated.
Refrigeration and Serving
1. Cover the salad bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
