- 1 serving udon noodles
- 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 0.25 c water
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- furikake
- Scallions

Cooking the udon noodles
1. Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions in boiling water for about 2 minutes.
2. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the sauce
1. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Once melted, turn the heat to low and add the white miso paste and water.
3. Stir until the miso paste is fully dissolved and the mixture becomes creamy.
4. Add the chili oil to the pan and mix well.
Combining and garnishing
1. Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan and stir to coat them evenly with the sauce.
2. Garnish with furikake and scallions.
