- 1 bitter melon
- 1 Eggplant
- 0.25 squash
- Shrimp
- 3 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 2.5 c water
- 2 tbsp bagoong

Preparation of vegetables
1. Wash, cut, and prep veggies: Cut off the stems of okra, remove bitter melon seeds and cut, cut eggplant into small pieces, cut squash into small pieces, remove shell from the shrimp, mince garlic, slice onion, and dice tomato.
Start cooking
1. Add oil to a pot and saute garlic until brown.
2. Then add in onion and tomato, cook until soft.
3. Add shrimp to the pot and cook.
4. Once cooked, add squash and water.
5. Boil until squash gets soft.
6. Add the shrimp paste.
Final steps
1. Add in the rest of the veggies and cover until cooked.
2. Serve with bagoong and rice!
