- 5 porkchops
- Vegetable oil
- 2 c Chicken Broth
- 0.25 c Buttermilk
- 0.25 c water
- 5 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Yellow onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Paprika, smoked
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp Tony’s no salt

Preparing the Porkchops
1. Season Porkchops and flour.
2. Dredge Porkchops in flour.
3. Shallow fry in vegetable or canola oil for about 5 minutes each side.
4. Remove porkchops and set to the side.
5. Remove most of the oil leaving about 2 to 3 tablespoons.
Sautéing the Vegetables
1. Slice onions and bell peppers into thin strips and sauté for about 10 minutes.
2. Add in 2 tablespoons of butter and 5 cloves of garlic minced.
3. Cook for 1 minute.
Preparing the Gravy
1. Stir in flour and cook for about 2 minutes.
2. Pour in Chicken broth and buttermilk and let simmer for about 2 minutes then add in water.
3. Add more water if gravy is too thick.
Final Steps
1. Add back in the pork chops and coat with the gravy, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Serve with white rice.
