- 8 Flour tortillas

- Shredded iceberg lettuce
Buffalo Sauce
- 0.25 c Sour cream
- 0.25 c Hot sauce
- 1 oz Buttermilk Blue Cheese Crumbles

Directions

Preparing the Beef Patties
1. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
2. Divide the mixture into 8 round patty balls.
3. Press the burger patties onto the flour tortillas and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
1. In a small bowl, whisk the sour cream, hot sauce, and blue cheese crumbles until combined.
Cooking the Taco Burgers
1. Heat up a large cast iron skillet or the griddle to medium-high heat.
2. Place the tortilla with the burger patty on the skillet beef side down and push down with a spatula.
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then gently flip the tortilla and burger patty over.
4. Add the blue cheese crumbles and cook for 2-3 more minutes to allow the cheese to melt and the tortilla to crisp.
Final Steps
1. Remove the taco burger from the griddle, top with lettuce and drizzle with the blue cheese buffalo sauce.
2. Enjoy immediately.
